MDJunction obtains its information from sources and people it believes to be reliable. However, because of the possibility of human and mechanical error as well as other factors, MDJunction makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy or timeliness of its information, and cannot be responsible or liable for any errors or omissions in its information or the results obtained from the use of such information. The health care provider ratings are statements of opinion and not statements of fact or recommendations to utilize any health care provider services and do not constitute medical advice. Users are solely responsible for determining whether the information provided is suitable for their purposes, and reliance on the information is at the users' sole risk. Users should obtain any additional information necessary to make an informed decision. MDJunction. assumes no responsibility or liability for any advice, treatment, or services rendered by any hospital, physician, or other health care provider, health care facility or health plan featured on the www.MDJunction.com site.

Your Responsibilities
You agree that all material you post becomes the property of MDJunction, and MDJunction has the right to remove, edit, move or close any posting at any time for any reason, at its discretion. You agree that you will NOT use MDJunction's web site to post any advertisement, chain letter, solicitation or other commercial message. You agree that you will NOT post any knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, or threatening message. You agree you will NOT post material that is illegally invasive of another person's privacy. You agree NOT to post any other person?s or firm?s copyrighted material.

Although MDJunction attempts to delete objectionable messages from its web site, it operates in real time and does not review material before posting. All messages express the views of the author, and MDJunction will NOT be held responsible for any content, any posting or any message.

The consequences of not following these responsibilities and additional requests made by group leaders and site administrators would be lock-out from site and deletion of the members personal page.

You are welcome to browse MDJunction.com for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, for free. Copying or other use of any of the information contained on this site is strictly prohibited.

Amendments
MDJunction may change the terms of this Agreement or the Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective, constitutes an affirmative agreement by you to abide and be bound by this Agreement and its modifications. If you do not agree to the new or different terms, then you agree not to use the Service.

Funding sources
MDJunction is funded by private people, committed to doing good. In addition we receive payments for advertisements on site and an affiliation fee for each product sold in the Marketplace.

Attribution
The original data for doctors' pages was obtained by MDJunction from State Medical Boards. Since its uploading to the web, the data is constantly being edited by our members, and the doctors themselves.

Authority
All medical information and site content (including doctor reviews and ratings, posts and articles) were submitted by our users! MDJunction does not claim to be a medical source or authority, and serves only as a platform for information exchange. The MDJunction staff does not add any medical information, nor do our volunteering moderators. We only moderate improper language or illegal statements.

Uploading Photos, Images and Content
When uploading photos, images and content to MDJunction you are stating that you own the photos or images or content and have the full rights to use it. You are also indicating that the photos or images or content you upload do not depict any obscene, pornographic, or illegal materials. Failure to meet these standards may result in the removal of the photo, image or content and/or membership.

Infringement Notices and Takedown
If you believe that any material contained on this Site infringes your copyright, please use the contact us link at the bottom of any page to reach the Site's Designated Agent.

Your notice to the Designated Agent should be in English and contain the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed; (b) a description of such copyrighted work(s) and an identification of what material in such work(s) is claimed to be infringed; (c) a description of the exact name of the infringing work and the location of the infringing work on the Service; (d) information sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your physical address, telephone number and e-mail address; (e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material identified in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (f) a statement by you that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

MDJunction features advertisement on site in the form of banners and ad text links.
All advertisements featured on site are clearly marked as 'Advertisement', we do not mix advertisements and editorial material.

SPAM
Any use of the MDJunction site or it's partner sites to promote a product, company,  service, website,  survey & study  - for profit and not for profit, without an official written consent from MDJunction.com is strictly PROHIBITED.
Our legal department handles spammers with the outmost efficiency.
