Fasting?

In Holistic & Alternative Support Forums > Herbs and Nutrition
"I am planning on doing a water fast next month for three days. I'm nervous because I don't know if it is dangerous. I haven't found anything that says it is, matter of fact all I've found is thumbs up on it. If I do it, should I do it before or after my period? I tend to get animic during my cycle, that's why I'm asking.
