Eye problem

"Hello to everybody on the forum!!
I saw I have a problem with my eyes, since I don't sleep at nights;only 4-5 hours and I stay in front of the computer for many hours in a row. My vision is blurred, my eyes get tired real fast, they sometimes hurt or tear, and they very often give me headaches.
Actually I wear eye glasses,but they seem for the moment useless.
hope you can give me an advice.."
