Metabolism Speed uP

"My metabolism has slowed down. And I mean waaaaaay down. I used to be able to eat anything, well in moderation of course. But I was just normal. My mom,dad and sister are also normal in weight, maybe even skinny. I was too until a couple years ago. Now no matter what diet I am on, how many veggies and how little fat I eat..... I stay the same large size or gain.
