Choose your beliefs wisely. They might save your life!

" choose your beliefsChoose your beliefs wisely.  They might save your life!"  by Kathy Moore, MBA, BCH I'm frequently asked if a person must "believe" in hypnosis for it to work for them.  My answer is: "It's already working!"   Whatever you believe, you have "hypnotized" yourself to believe it.  Whether you accept the oncologist's suggestion that you only have six weeks to live or your dad's suggestion that you will never amount to anything, you have hypnotized yourself to believe it.  As Viktor E. Frankl said in his book, Man's Search for Meaning, no one can force you to believe anything. Remember that famous quote from Henry Ford:  "Whether you believe you can or you can't, you're right!"   .
