Complementary medicine for breast cancer

"Complementary medicine, like its name means it is a method that completed scientific and conventional treatment and does not come to replace it (it is not alternative). Complementary medicine is a term used to describe therapeutic techniques that are not part of regular or mainstream medicine. Because it is usually combines with regular treatment it is also known as integrative medicine.

Stress management. The term itself sounds like an oxymoron. If it was MANAGEABLE, it wouldn’t be STRESS. Now, would it??
Regardless, here I sit at near midnight, finally attacking the last item on my to-do list, saving the best for last. My task-- to write a “freshened up” laundry list of ways stress-free wannabes can “manage” stress.
The good news? Stress management (or reduction, if you’re feeling more hopeful) doesn’t have to be pricey. Much of what REALLY works in the stress reduction field follows that old axiom: Keep it Simple, Stupid.
