"Hi My name is Tammie Sharp.I' a wife and mother of 5. I am a Pulmonary Hypertension patient(client) and got PAH from having the gene that causes PAH in my family. I wanted to start this online support group to give others like myself and those who are apart of the PAH coummunity to have a way to communite on a regular basis. I am the Asst.
