Unborn baby with Down syndrome - what to do?

"OK, I'm a little devasted, and so is my wife, so I won't get into too many details right now... she's now in her 17th week, and we've gotten back the lab results of her amniocentesis yesterday morning. the verdict is implacable: Down's. We've just come back from the doc's office, where he explained our options, which basically come down to keep it... or not.
