Cancer diagnosis

"I've been diagnosed 4 months ago with breast carcinoma. The paper says:
High grade adenosquamous metaplastic carcinoma, reduced peritumoral inflammatory infiltrate, extended necrosis areas.
I've been through two sessions of chemo, 4 bags each time. I'm due to start radiation in 2 weeks.
Yesterday the second biopsy's tests came back, and they read "pT1cN0M0, estrogen receptor/prog"
