Jumped Upon, Then JUMP UP!
Written by Clarita
09 May 2012
Sometimes, in life we find ourselves verbally lashed out at, gossiped about or  harassed, words are used like weapons to wound us/hurt us. Sometimes even our good natures or upbeat spirits are misunderstood or twisted into something so alien to which we actually are, too. Sometimes we give our all to others then before we know it that person we thought of as a good friend backstabs us or conspires against us with someone else. Yet, no matter how we are jumped upon or how often it happens- we have a choice to either be perpetually sore about what happened to us or decide to turn it to our advantage to help us to soar! Become bitter or become better?! How we react determines not just our attitude, yet, also our altitude!Say to yourself 'That is in the past. Now in this new moment, this new present, I am already beginning to change for the better.' ~ Seth

18 Tips for expanding your sense of humour-Clarita
Written by Clarita
03 February 2010
We all need to expand our sense of humour/humor in order for us all to better cope with life's challenges. Also, laughter provides us with relief from our pains- scientifically proven. Laughter is our defence/our shield and enables us to have the courage to keep holding on. It can also enable us to see a situation more clearly- a ha-ha moment can soon turn into an a-ha moment- humour/humor can help us as individuals to see with greater depth. With laughter there is freedom, courage, healing, relief from pains as well as a childlike joy.
