I became permanently disabled in a fall a few years ago and lost my job and could not get hired anywhere due to the disabilities. I have to use an electric scooter to get around and have chronic pain. Living alone has presented a lot of obstacles to overcome to maintain my independence and overcome pain, but I have continued to work through each one as they are presented. I hope we can help each other in this group and provide hope to all of us.
