Hi, my name is Kevin, and i am from sunny Southern California, and have been here all of my life. Hollywood is currently, where I reside. I am 35 years old, and have suffered from OCD, since my first memories, as a child. I was diagnosed when I was 20, with OCD, though also had a Bipolar 1 diagnosis, as well. I still am concurrently treating both. It has become very apparent to me recently, that taking care of my OCD, greatly diminishes, my suffering from Bipolar. Thanks to the help, of a wonderful therapist, i have had, in the last year, I have started to find better ways of coping with my OCD, with Cognitive Behavoural Therapy techniques, like thought-stopping. I hope to find more relief with my OCD, and help others along as well.
