Lately, I've been thinking a lot about the people whom I've decided to see and talk with less since dealing with Dysautonomia and its life-altering symptoms. Notice how I skillfully chose the word "decided," as I am very clear that it has been a conscious choice. Not because I dislike contact with any one person more than another, but simply: Different relationships require different amounts of energy.
