"For all my dear friends, brothers and sisters, seekers of the truth; A Sunday Morning message:
May you feel supported by all with whom you come in contact, but most especially the person you see in the mirror when you brush your teeth each morning....
Without trusting yourself and working for your own mental and physical health, you will never be able to succeed at any endeavor.
The process is a long one, but I promise you all that it is the best thing you can do for yourself. And that you can do for those who love you. When you accomplish this you will find that the changed person you see, that you might not even recognize can go on to do for others in most rewarding ways. It will only help you. And I believe that each and every person to whom I have spoken over this past week, is truly precious, and beautiful, and someone I am ever so happy to call my friend. The members on this board at this period in time are here by a divine mysterious reason, I cannot hope to explain, but you are all precious and special beyond words, and I pray you will take your job seriously, learning to like who you are and make your self into the person you want to be. Each of you is worth all the time in the world, you are special people brought together at this period in time. I believe there is a reason to every purpose, and I am excited to see the work you do and the most beautiful men and women you become. "Hello everyone in SE&PT sg, Just to let you all know am a very delicate bat girl right now. Extremely challenged with fibro as well as migraines. Have also had another fall in house- nothing broken just v bruised. Having dizzy spells. Holding on v tightly at moment. Missing you all yet have to rest much as am v weak. Milko- mum in law kindness only- is taking excellent care of me. Hubby is now back with us which is fantastic. Too weak to travel back to Devon from Somerset so will go home tomorrow. Please be patient with me as need much rest. Hope to be back with you all a.s.a.p. In the meantime, if you need any help then please ask Natalia or John- your GL's for support- leaving you all in their very capable caring hands.
Take excellent care of each one of you plus each other in my absence please- much appreciated.

"Hello :-), Just to let you all know SE&PT sg has a new GL in Natalia- a most excellent Co-leader ;-), fantastic news for us all, truly!! Will not be around much over next few days as have high pains with fibro so need plenty of rest plus want to spend time on my hobby of cross stitching until the pain levels are more manageable. Will be able to help more of you once have first helped me- need to be selffull in being own best friend right now. Hope you understand plus will be patient with me- many thanks in advance.

"Hello everyone, Delighted to announce that am the new GL for the SE&PT SG :-)! Will be away for a couple of days as it is my hubby's birthday tomorrow. Yet, when back, will then be around as much as possible.Take excellent care of your fine selves. Am not a counsellor or therapist plus have a myriad of health challenges, yet, have two good bat ears plus a heart full of compassion. Hope to be a fantastic GL for you all.

"Hey all you guys its Viv. I don't usually leave group hugs I send personal ones but there are so many here in this group that has lost touch with us and I would love to see all of you guys back on the boards with us to see how everyone is going. Of course I consider each and everyone of you a valued friend and friends don't ever forget friends even if it has been awhile since we were in touch. I so look forward to hearing from all of you.
