"Hello everyone :-), Just to let you know will be having time out/time to heal as in one mighty fibro flare right now with sky high pains pretty much all over body. You are all in very good hands as my fabulous co-leaders will take excellent care of you so if you need anything then pm either Natalia, John, Ann or Karen or Doris ,please.
New members here- a very warm welcome to you to this fantastic caring dynamic support group from the GL Team.
Am too weak in body to answer any pm's so just ask you all to be patient with me- big thanks.
Huge heartfelt thanks to my GL team of Natalia, John, Ann, Karen & soon to be GL Doris- love every single one of you plus it is a great honour to call you friends as well as co GL leaders, truly!
Take excellent care of your fine selves as well as be gentle with one another.
Live life to the fullest you can with all you can, do not focus on what you cannot do yet focus on what you can do then do this to the best of your ability- make it so No.1! Make time each day for some humour/humor medicine, meditation, rest, play/being childlike/being spontaneous, self pampering/being kind to You, plus be dynamic/proactive in making your goals a reality.
If you are going through a tough time/storm then hold on tightly plus keep on keeping on- - your rainbow will shine in your sky, do not give up just before the miracle happens.
If you are having a better time of it all or have any victory at all then share this with everyone- do not keep goodnews to yourself- it encourages others when you share!
Please take time to be active on SE&PT sg- variety is the spice of life so would love to see new faces post or reply to posts. Thanks to everyone for new input, too!!
Batgirl is holding on v tightly yet even with these high pains feels v blessed as have much love around me so am lucky. Hope to be back soon as miss you all when am not around!!

"Hello To Everyone in SE&PT sg, Just to let you all know will be on vacation/holiday to Cornwall from the 8th-15th June so will not be online for this duration yet will be keeping you all in my heart, for sure.
Welcome to all new members as well as returning members here- fantastic to see You :-)! If you have not introduced your good self yet then please do so. Please feel free to jump in on any of the posts. Also, there has been many new posts added so please check them out!!
Have much to do before holiday so may not be around much today or tomorrow.

Talking of GL's- co-leaders of John and Natalia are much health challenged right now so please send them your support, prayers or healing energy as well as loving kindness- many thanks in advance for this!
To everyone in hospital or very challenged right now- know that you are not alone, you have the support of the group plus GL's as well as angels watching over you- urge you all to hold on tightly until the sun shines again or a rainbow lights up your sky, for sure!

Will be in London from 9-10th April seeing The Wizard Of Oz musical. 8th April celebrate 5 years of marriage with hubby Chris. So if am not around for a few days in April you will know that am either busy or am totally exhausted/jaded so need time out to rest, so please be patient with me- thanks in advance.
Asking heavent to tenderly yet tremendously bless each one of You guys, may it sublimely be so!

"Hello Everyone, SE&PT sg family, It is with a sad heart that have to tell you that my co leader GL KimmyLyn is stepping down as GL due to family commitments- she needs to be there for her family right now as they really need her angelic touch. We will all miss her greatly including all the GL's of the group, most definitely. Kimmy was like a little wise beautiful sister to me. Have tears in my eyes right now as heart is heavy to say goodbye to her yet want what is best for her simultaneously so know it is right for her to go too.
