All the GL's in SE&PT sg post a variety of different posts for the group- diverse range for a diverse group. We think of ones we feel may help maybe just a handful of individuals or maybe dozens- yet we aim to reach out to many different people in different circumstances- to help boost self esteem as well as promote positive thinking. If you do not like a post then simply ignore it as whilst it may not help you it may help someone else. Focus on the posts that you do enjoy. Join in with posts you like.
Please bear in mind that we are all different with different unique needs- the group leaders try to enable/support/help as many individuals as possible both in terms of posts as well as in terms of individual support via private messages too. We do our very best by the group as a whole as well as for each member whilst living with our own health challenges as well as life challenges. The GL's are just ordinary individuals with no medical backgrounds or counselling backgrounds- we are just caring individuals who try to make positive difference to other peoples lives.

Go to thread saying Valentines Game!! List up to 5 members that have really touched your heart, and send them a hug of appreciation every day until the 14th of February!! It will feel so good to know you are cared about and let others know how they have helped and supported you. COME AND PLAY, its easy, just send hugs to the special people you choose to make us all feel better in many ways!!

"Happy Holidays To You All :-), As from tomorrow morning(UK time) will be away on a 4 night break staying at a lovely hotel in Falmouth so will be out of the loop- not taking ipad with me. Have been super challenged plus am so right now. Yet, at least have had a mini miracle with hubby- he has recovered from his virus just in time- plus have not picked it up either!! Am super excited about break plus really need it. Huge heartfelt thanks to all my fabulous friends here- especially my co gls of Dee,April & SS, my brilliant friend Viv as well as all here whom ar special to me- you know whom you are- Love you guys!! Will miss you all whilst away yet will be asking heaven to send many angels your way. Take excellent care of your fine self as well as of each other, okay! To all whom are super challenged - hold on tightly plus never lose sight of hope as even when all seems hopeless that is just when the tide may turn in your favour. Remember nothing comes to you on a silver salver- life is not easy plus it is not always fair yet it can have meaning as well as beauty if you make it so- take dynamic steps forward/be proactive! Nothing that is worthwhile comes easily either. All of you are special as is your life- never forget this- if you have forgotten this then am here to remind you- you have a specific purpose!
Am very sore - in high pains-yet am soaring like a falcon as feel loved plus for 4 days will be pampered as well as have no household chores! Will be by the Cornish beautiful coast with the beings adore the most- hubby, mum in law , plus our dalmatian Sebster!!
Remember this season to be childlike- have that childlike wonder- "Great is the man who has not lost his child like heart"-Mencius.

"Hello SE&PT sg member, Just to let you all know that your GL batgirl Clarita is much challenged right now hence not been around much lately, plus even now only able to be around a little as have high pains all over plus am super foggy in my thinking! Hubby Chris not well right now either- doctor says he will probably need an operation soon to remove a very large cyst around one of his kidneys- he is in much pains.
Just want you to all know that still care deeply about each one of you as well as this support group, okay!!
A huge heartfelt thanks to my fellow co gl's here for all you do for the group!!

"I just wanted you to know, I also have a Group here at MDj called Dysfunctional Families that I created with the help of friends and Roy. We discuss all types of Family issues including Job loss, illness, emotional illness anything that affects family. Even extended family problems. I lead this Group as I do in the Depression Group. Non judgmental, caring and kind support for all families. I hope you will join us.
I stared a Family game..its about Families on TV that are a bit dysfunctional. Its to exercise our abilities to help out fictional Characters that truly we can relate to...This is how it goes, I hope you will join us!!!
Okay my brain is thinking of a favorite program we all can chose. Like a Family on TV, that is dysfunctional that we can help if it were real.
Help me choose one...
Then we can discuss the characters and their interactions with their families.
1)'Everyone Loves Raymond'
2) 'Rozanne'
3) 'King of Queens'
Now if you can think of a different one, thats ok too..I thought we can mix these up as we have felt we have seen Dysfunctional living, and help them as outsiders looking in...Hope you join with this fun exercise...may get interesting...."
