"I need LOTS of support! If I smoke one more cigarette I will surely die! This is a matter of life or death and I choose life! Please would everyone of you hound me daily, hourly, whatever you can, just write me as often as you can about not smoking. The more support and reminders I get the better! A good routing section is sometimes the best solution to some of lifes most difficult challenges! Please be my faithful Cheerleaders!"

I spent the first half of my life like an animal. Using and abusing my body and mind and hurting many on my way of self destruction. Today is opposite. Now I want to love myself and this world around me. But of course I am limited because of the various severe medical truths that are basically from my life of REALLY BAD life choices.
Non the less, I am young and I have this wonderful world of Internet so I am not physically bound to be of help to others.
If you want to be a consistant friend by private messages, please, be my guest and message me!

"Hi, Just wanted to introduce myself to the Depression Support Group. I was a co -leader on here back a few years ago, but I had many problems in my own life at that time. I have come to realize that I can do more GOOD by helping , than dwelling in the past.
I started a thread, its near the top of the board.."Stop by and let us know how you are" Just , if you can say HI and that would be great!! If you want to add to any of the threads your invited to do so , and I hope you do. I would like the Group to become a family again, as I remembered it to be. I only left for 5 days when my sister passed away 5 months ago, but I know now that I should of been stronger and stayed for the support I so desperately needed. I am doing much better in my grieving process.
Now its time to hear how your doing?
I also want to wish all a safe Holiday weekend coming up..and make it a fun one!!!
