"Are you struggling? The future looks dim. Take a moment and stop right now. I know sometimes it is difficult because some are wound and some are lethargic. ...being wired at this moment it seems impossible but there is no other way... Wherever you are experiencing just... STOP. Look around you. Name the objects that you see. Say them out loud. Look in the mirror. You are you and we care for YOU. Keep posting so that we can support you. If it is time to call the doctor take the chance and do it. The nature of this planet changes and so will you. Don't give up. Things will get better. Things will change. Nothing stays the same. I am saying this to myself as well as to you. You have been there for me and I am there for you. Sometimes you just need to talk, to let it out. I might not have been through exactly what you have but I have the voices and the racing thoughts and the pain and the seizures. I wish I could take your pain away. You are wonderful people. Know that. Believe that.

I am sorry for my past. I know that I have said things I shouldn't have and done things I shouldn't have. Words and actions burn just as bad as fire, I know. I have also made poor decisions. For that, I am sorry as well. I also have hurt people from my past and even current life. For the times I hurt YOU, I apologize. Hopefully, one day you will forgive me but I understand that at the same times some things are not easy to forgive nor should they be forgiven. You are all wonderful people and I am lucky that I had you in my life.

"Thank you for your hugs and support. It means a lot to me. This is a stressful week with six classes a day. I am teaching an Irish dance FOUR classes in a ROW which is killing me! After that I teach two more. Two more days left in this week. I am hoping and praying that I make it!!!

"Hello Friend/s, Have been extremely ill hence the long break away from mdj- even had the doctor come out to the house twice- had a viral infection in ears that led to constant migraines for over a week, fever, so much nausea that had to have anti nausea tablets, was very dehydrated, over a week with very little sleep so was a physical wreck as well as emotionally delicate. Now have had some good sleep, am migraine plus headache free, no more nausea, no more fever, am weak plus have high pains in legs and back especially yet am on road to recovery at long last! Was housebound for 2 weeks. All my loved ones have been awesome whilst have been very ill- helped me much! Missed you all greatly yet was so light sensitive could not come online!! Batgirl needed to be in a dark batcave for a while- even sunlight hurt my eyes/head!!Please be very patient with me whilst get back into the swing of things!! Please be v patient with me as slowly get to answer all my many pm's, too! Huge heartfelt thanks for all the healing light you have sent my way & thanks for the healing light posts!! Am super foggy right now yet glad that that nightmarish 2 weeks of feeling incredibly delicate is now over. Yes still feel very weak yet at least am able to be here with you all again even if for short periods at a time!
If anyone is going through a super tough time then just hold on tightly- it will pass!!

"Dear Friend,Just to let you all know- am migraine challenged so feeling very nauseous as well as photophobic(light hurts me including the ipad screen even on its dimmest level) so need to be brief here! Maybe out of loop today- need to be in dark plus rest up until migraine passes- sometimes that takes a whole day or longer. Pains are super high! Not sensible to be online right now so as soon as sent this message will not come back online until clear of this disabling headache.
