"Hello Friend/s, Have been extremely ill hence the long break away from mdj- even had the doctor come out to the house twice- had a viral infection in ears that led to constant migraines for over a week, fever, so much nausea that had to have anti nausea tablets, was very dehydrated, over a week with very little sleep so was a physical wreck as well as emotionally delicate. Now have had some good sleep, am migraine plus headache free, no more nausea, no more fever, am weak plus have high pains in legs and back especially yet am on road to recovery at long last! Was housebound for 2 weeks. All my loved ones have been awesome whilst have been very ill- helped me much! Missed you all greatly yet was so light sensitive could not come online!! Batgirl needed to be in a dark batcave for a while- even sunlight hurt my eyes/head!!Please be very patient with me whilst get back into the swing of things!! Please be v patient with me as slowly get to answer all my many pm's, too! Huge heartfelt thanks for all the healing light you have sent my way & thanks for the healing light posts!! Am super foggy right now yet glad that that nightmarish 2 weeks of feeling incredibly delicate is now over. Yes still feel very weak yet at least am able to be here with you all again even if for short periods at a time!
If anyone is going through a super tough time then just hold on tightly- it will pass!!

"Dear Friend,Just to let you all know- am migraine challenged so feeling very nauseous as well as photophobic(light hurts me including the ipad screen even on its dimmest level) so need to be brief here! Maybe out of loop today- need to be in dark plus rest up until migraine passes- sometimes that takes a whole day or longer. Pains are super high! Not sensible to be online right now so as soon as sent this message will not come back online until clear of this disabling headache.

"Hello Friends, (i) Angels wrap you in their loving wings(i) may it be so! Good karma come your way to You,too! Have been out of loop for longer than anticipated as have been mightily challenged with the Fibro plus migraine attacks. Need to catch up with my sg's as well as my co-gl's plus my friends here,yet health is still very delicate so just need you all to be pretty patient with this batgirl(pains still high all over) so many thanks to you for your understanding. Have missed all you guys, okay. Have missed my sg's too !! Have send warm wishes/healing light/angels/positive vibes/loving thoughts to you each. Kept you in my thoughts whilst been away. Although am much challenged had a fabulous Xmas(even though the pains were 5/10 at lowest) which was very special indeed.
Wishing each one of You here a tremendously anointed 2013 with much peace(may you be a peacemaker too), healing light, serendipity, healing humour, much loving kindness plus may you be your own best friend as well as a wonderful friend to others- make it so, plus may you make it so!

"Dear Friend/s, Please can you send healing light/positive vibes(whatever fits in with your belief system) to Devon UK as hubby Christopher is in hospital having a ct scan right now on his kidneys to discover exactly what the large growth exactly is plus how best to treat it- his mum is with him, our k9 Sebastian has a poorly paw- think it is infected- awaiting for our local vet for a house call plus this batgirl is much delicate as well as naturally very worried about her boys(hubby & Sebster)!! Have high pains all over yet it is my boys that concern me the most. Can be brave for me most times yet am in pieces/very teary about my boys right now- just want them to be okay as soon as possible!! Really need your help/support/prayers right now!

"Dear Friends, Please excuse me for not being here recently- have been much health challenged as the super challenging Maltese holiday(vacation) has had a big impact on this batgirl as pains have been super high plus my hubby has not been well either- he has just discovered that he has a cyst around his kidney the size of his kidney which is causing him much pains and he will probably need an operation to remove this! So, life has been mega challenging as you can imagine. Have had some migraine attacks, too!
Have been thinking of you guys as well as keeping you each in my heart. Asking heaven to bless You with angels plus earth angels, too!
Just needed to keep you in the loop.
Able to be here right now as head is headache free plus pains not as screaming high!

"Hello friend/s, round robin hug to all my friends here, Will be going away to a pretty seaside place nearby for a short weekend break as of tomorrow with my hubby plus our dog Sebastian- just needed to let you all know- taking time for some holistic refreshing /recharge the batteries! "Hello Friend, Round Robin Hug- too delicate to hug everyone individually , Just to let you all know am super challenged plus pains are sky high all over so please be patient with me if do not reply to your pm or hug straight away or am not that active in my groups as in a mega fibro flare!!. Am very upset at a misunderstanding here - sometimes you can stand up for what you believe in your heart to be a noble cause yet you get lots of harsh words lashed out at you as a result or much horse manure heaped on you, yet, on the flip side you get to find out whom your true friends so this is the silver lining!!! Will not let all the drama/toxicity that had come my way make me bitter- in fact will let it spur me on to be a better person as well as show even more support to people here!! Upsets me greatly when am misunderstood as yes am feisty yet am always fair plus only ever stand up for goodness, respect for all peoples plus all faiths in language, as well as have very good intentions. Feel like the Black Eyed Peas song Where Is The Love? Yet, this batgirl is resilient so will bounce back /dust self down plus have many of you here whom have voiced to me their full support- appreciate this deeply, more than words can express!!

"Hello to all my friends, Am away on a family weekend with my in laws at the moment so am spending quality time with them- just ask you to please be patient with me as have not the spare time or spare energies to be here with you guys albeit for very short periods yet when back home home will be here for you properly okay- yet even then ask for your patience as have had many messages so may take me a while to catch up with you all (do not expect it instanty- may even be a week for me to reply to some of you yet do not panic as will message you each back)especially as am feeling very delicate at the moment!! Spending time with family whilst it is lovely it is also exhausting too in equal measure ;-):-)! Am asking heaven to phonemenally bless your phenomenal selves plus send many (i) angels your way! If your weather is crazy either too much rains or too little rains- both extremes are not pleasant or good for the environment or us as human beings- then hope for some more ideal/normal weather to come your way in your part of the world, really soon!!

"Hello friend/s, Please can you send healing light to this batgirl whom is mega challenged right now with a cold virus,high fibro pains plus a migraine from all the coughing as well as the back pains from the scoliosis,throat very sore-hurts to swallow,much earache as well as nausea-so am struggling right now! "Hello to all my fabulous friends plus all my phenomenal friends whom have given me much support recently as have been super challenged with super high pains plus am right here right now too! Huge heartfelt thanks to River, Doris ,Bobby,Lorna,Emily+ all my fibromite friends whom have been brilliant- love you guys! am holding on tightly even now yet reading your messages truly gives me the inner courage to keep keeping on! Although pains mighty high that sometimes am drawn to tears or feel nauseous still within am at peace as feel much love plus know it will pass eventually! Cannot contribute in sg's at moment as feel too delicate yet am rooting mightily for you all Distracting self by reading a good book called Things Get Better by Katie Piper which recommend to all you here as she is a true survivor and very inspirational-it is for anyone with chronic pains or anyone having a super tough time of it! angels mightily bless each one of my most fine friends right now may it be so(¡) Take excellent care of You! "Hey sweet friend(s)-round robin message, Please pray/sending healing light for hubby Chris- he has cut his elbow deep whilst at work- he is at the hospital right now- he is about to have stitches from the doctor in his left elbow! He is right handed btw. He has someone who will drive him home to me- thank goodness as cannot drive. Am in high pains myself- have been quite tearful- even before hubby phoned to tell me of his accident. He is still thinking about me even though he is in pain-bless him. Yet, he will not even take a paracetamol for the pain- yet wish he would!

"To all my fabulous friends here, February is soon here- so wanted to wish you all/each a Happy St. Valentine's Day-it's not just a day purely for lovers, yet, a day for us all to celebrate our Friendships as well as a day to figure out how we can better love ourselves/be gentler/better friends to ourselves for 2012!
Am feeling pretty yukky right now- fibro flaring, very tender back, horrid cold, plus body in process of getting used to aqua therapy- so if am not around then you know am resting up so please be patient with me!
Keeping you all in my thoughts,asking heaven to bless you /sending positive vibes your way as well as hoping for low pain days/low challenges for each one of You here.
Whilst am holding on tightly- you make sure you take excellent care of YOU as well as take great care of one another, okay.
