MDJunction to me

Kelti"MDJ has been a saving grace for me. It has taken from me that feeling of being so alone in the management of my Bipolar Disorder. I am not alone any more!! The friends on MDJ that I have made have kept me going. I am more at peace with myself now, thanks to all the people here on MDJ. I thank  God for each one of them.  MDJunction  is the place of Hope." (Kelti)

"Hi i suffer really badly with anxiety and have bad anxiety attacks. For me when i get the anxiety i tend to get depression also, which of course is not fun. I think it is common though, for the anxiety and depression to go hand and hand. I hope you feel better soon. God bless xoxo"

"As a new group leader in the Bipolar Support Forum I would like to introduce myself.

Hi I'm Liam I live in the UK (England) and I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder when I was 19, I'm now 22. I was originally diagnosed with major depression at age 14 and have lived with the ups and downs of bipolar since age 10. I found MDJunction accidentally and have been coming on here daily since finding it an extremely supportive and informative place.

Really looking forward to getting to meet you all!

"It is people like tht is killing this great country. It is the me first people. You should be ashamed of yourself. I have served this country for the past 15 years and became disabled. For SOME people who just want a free ride. If you just want free money keep your vote, and when the current SSD goes belly up the real disabled people will be hurting. But remember we all answer to God sooner or later."

"I just wanted you to know, I also have a Group here at MDj called Dysfunctional Families that I created with the help of friends and Roy. We discuss all types of Family issues including Job loss, illness, emotional illness anything that affects family. Even extended family problems. I lead this Group as I do in the Depression Group. Non judgmental, caring and kind support for all families. I hope you will join us.
I stared a Family game..its about Families on TV that are a bit dysfunctional. Its to exercise our abilities to help out fictional Characters that truly we can relate to...This is how it goes, I hope you will join us!!!
Okay my brain is thinking of a favorite program we all can chose. Like a Family on TV, that is dysfunctional that we can help if it were real.

Help me choose one...

Then we can discuss the characters and their interactions with their families.

1)'Everyone Loves Raymond'

2) 'Rozanne'

3) 'King of Queens'

Now if you can think of a different one, thats ok too..I thought we can mix these up as we have felt we have seen Dysfunctional living, and help them as outsiders looking in...Hope you join with this fun exercise...may get interesting....

"Hi I just want you to know of another Group I am a leader in. Its called Dysfunctional Families. But we cover death, illness, emotional illness and raising families in our economy, meaning support for families that are going through Job loss or even Extended families. We have fun and most serious times too. As you know me as a GL in Depression Support group, there is no judgmental people in the Group. We just really care for Support of raising kids today or helping our Children to raise theirs and trying our best to keep a happy Family...Here is a new game I just started tonight, its like an exercise to see how we can better fictional Characters..Hope you join with us!!!

"It’s not what you know, it’s what you do with what you know

People who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those who are doing it

There is a price for everything, you pay more by doing nothing.

When people hurt you over & over, think of them as sandpaper – they may scratch & hurt you a bit but in the end, you end up polished and they end up useless
