"Just a gentle reminder that this time of year is about more than presents and shopping, please, dear FibroWarriors, take some quiet time in this last few days to reflect on where you are, and where you want to be. You can still achieve your goals and improve your live. Take it a step at a time, even a baby step, and analyze, is this worth upsetting the delicate balance of your life? So many things are not worth it, like, for me, the last week of shopping run-up to Christmas. It isn't worth the jostling or stress. I dont do it, the internet being so much more satisfying. If you have family then love and appreciate them, if you have not, then remember, we are your family and we understand.
Have a wonderful holiday season, and my prayer for you is joy in being with people you love, (family or not) may you be warm, safe, and have a piece of chocolate. LOVE LOVE LOVE"

"Hello friends, In high pains right now- bat girl holding on tightly so please be patient with me if not around much over the next few days. Also, ask each one of you if you can please pray for both Natalia and I(GL's on SE&PT sg) as we are both in a mighty fibro flare- many thanks! Today, choose to turn the world's logic on its head- so instead of this day being what it has sadly become, choose to celebrate all that is good, light plus beautiful! Also, give thanks for all my fabulous friends here! Please do not wish me a happy anything other than a happy day or a Happy Day of Light as if see the scary H word will delete it as it does not sit easy with my faith or my positive psychology mindset.
Have to be true to who am, hope you understand this as would not want you to be any different either- honesty is beautiful.

"Happy Monday all my FibroWarrior Brothers and Sisters!
We are in FALL and heading into WINTER. These months can so often present the most difficult times for fibrowarriors because the cold and damp weather can increase skeletal pain and this can make muscle pains from fibro feel so much worse. Pain compounds better than interest at the bank. I know that the following days will be rough for so many of us, and it will be difficult to remain positive and cheerful and sometimes even pleasant. We understand, come to us for a hug and a kiss, because we are always here. All I have to do is read some of the stories of my fellow FibroWarriors to be inspired to continue on. And I have a few favorite people that I can always go to for a hug and kiss too, so it makes me more able to do the same for you. Don't give up!. Where there is Hope there is Life. And this life can be filled with love and that makes the conditions of life worth surviving.
All my love to each and every FibroWarrior out there this morning and especially our FibroAngel who knows who she is and finds joy in every day through her special family and friends. May your day be filled with love and understanding."

"Hello Friend/s, Up in middle of night as in soooooo much pains all over! Have an ear infection , too, just started course of antibiotics yesterday. If not around for a little while it is because being my own best friend by resting up much. Will keep all of you- each one of you in my thoughts plus prayers until back here, for sure!
