MDJunction to me

HiddenButterfly"All I can say is that this has been the best place ever. It has been six to seven months since I joined, and I have learned so much. I now believe in myself and accept myself on a completely different level. The people on MDJunction has been so supportive and accepting that I have been able to adopt it into my personal life. That has reduced a lot of stress in my life. Thanks to all." (HiddenButterfly)

A little about me: My name is bert, for as long as i can rember i loved outdoors and hunting. Hunting came my life 16 yrs ago. I traveled all over the world africa, alaska, canada, and almost ever state in the us. I played college football as a nose guard and married the love of my life out of college. She travelled some with me also. 7 yrs ago just as we were expecting our first daughter i begain developing stomache problems and anxiety. I took nexium and paxil cr and was back up and going strong still travling making hunting movies and jogging 3 miles a day. As we were expecting our 2nd girl i got bit bay another tick one day and soon developed a stiff neck and stomache pain i could not deal with. The drs took out my gallblader and it still did not fix the problem then came the long road of DRs and Drs with no answers. I quite traveling altogether and started raising deer on our ranch. I still wanted to enjoy the wildlife but had lost the drive to travel, so i created the best thing i could have at my house. I also wanted to spend alot more time with my family because i felt like something bad was wrong with me and i was not going to make it. This year i, not any Drs put 2 and 2 together and took some abx on my own and started getting better. I found a LLMD Dr here in texas and started treatment after blood test conformation of Lyme diseas and had been exposed to rocky mountain spotted fever. 2 months ago i got really sick after doxy almost destroyed my stomache and now i have a iv port for meds daily.
