A little about me:

Just a christian,country gal living in Roseburg, Oregon, my home-town. I struggle with depression, spasmodic torticolus, anxiety and panic attacks. I hope to meet others to talk to when things feel so bad I can't get myself out of the house.

I have come to the end of my rope with hotflashes and now on coconut oil to try that. So far, so good. I will post in the menopause forum/group:)

	Hi Guys..Feels like 4ever since I have graced the lovely site here at MDJ....Hope you are all doing very very well....Have been busy doing other things in my life but have never forgotton how many wonderful ppl I have met here and some are still in contact with me on Facebok or via email..I always tell ppl what a gr8 site this is and recommend ppl to come here for suppport...Hugs to you all..:)Might go ar=nd have a look around the forums..Hope you have a wonderful day..:)
