	Hello Friend/s, Have been extremely ill hence the long break away from mdj- even had the doctor come out to the house twice- had a viral infection in ears that led to constant migraines for over a week, fever, so much nausea that had to have anti nausea tablets, was very dehydrated, over a week with very little sleep so was a physical wreck as well as emotionally delicate. Now have had some good sleep, am migraine plus headache free, no more nausea, no more fever, am weak plus have high pains in legs and back especially yet am on road to recovery at long last! Was housebound for 2 weeks. All my loved ones have been awesome whilst have been very ill- helped me much! Missed you all greatly yet was so light sensitive could not come online!! Batgirl needed to be in a dark batcave for a while- even sunlight hurt my eyes/head!!Please be very patient with me whilst get back into the swing of things!! Please be v patient with me as slowly get to answer all my many pm's, too! Huge heartfelt thanks for all the healing light you have sent my way & thanks for the healing light posts!! Am super foggy right now yet glad that that nightmarish 2 weeks of feeling incredibly delicate is now over. Yes still feel very weak yet at least am able to be here with you all again even if for short periods at a time! If anyone is going through a super tough time then just hold on tightly- it will pass!! Sending super gentle soothing hugs to you all, Namaste Clarita :-) Love you guys :-)

	Dear Friend,Just to let you all know- am migraine challenged so feeling very nauseous as well as photophobic(light hurts me including the ipad screen even on its dimmest level) so need to be brief here! Maybe out of loop today- need to be in dark plus rest up until migraine passes- sometimes that takes a whole day or longer. Pains are super high! Not sensible to be online right now so as soon as sent this message will not come back online until clear of this disabling headache. Thanks everyone for your lovely messages(pm's as well as hugs)- will reply to them all when migraine has passed! Down but never out
Now this is something. A diary. Hm...well here goes. Another day in paradise. Woke up body aching but I can tolerate this pain. If I have to hear the "On a scale of 1-10 where would you rank your pain" I know where they are going to rank theirs! As usual my morning began with he cat scratching the bannister, which of course awoke up Nikki (border collie 10 years old) who sleeps with us and has been trained to bark when Mishiou (14 year old cat) scratches! At this point there's not much bannister left but what the heck. Get uo (5:30am) let #1 dog out to pee, feed #2 cat (Kaia-2 year old cat), and try to hobble around and feed Squeaky(2 year old Cockatiel-and Budgie 4 year old, you guessed it Budgie) Not quietly enough. Woke our "beast" our. gentle 1 year old Rottie Now it's her turn to go out. Wow-already exhausted and I haven't even started my day.Give me strength.
