| A little about me: | Im 27 I have 3 wonderful children Damien and Dominic and Veronica there my world. I have a wonderful man Ray if it wasnt for him my oldest son Damien wouldnt be who he is today. He is the father of my youngest son Dominic and Veronica and he has not given up on me yet and wont let me run away from my problems which I am very use to doing Im an easy going person I love to meet new people. And Im bipolar 1 with major rapid cycling but I support everyone no matter who you are. I am a very out going person always lookin to help someone. I know I need support and if I can help one person it helps me at the same time |

| Are you struggling? The future looks dim. Take a moment and stop right now. I know sometimes it is difficult because some are wound and some are lethargic. ...being wired at this moment it seems impossible but there is no other way... Wherever you are experiencing just... STOP. Look around you. Name the objects that you see. Say them out loud. Look in the mirror. You are you and we care for YOU. Keep posting so that we can support you. If it is time to call the doctor take the chance and do it. The nature of this planet changes and so will you. Don't give up. Things will get better. Things will change. Nothing stays the same. I am saying this to myself as well as to you. You have been there for me and I am there for you. Sometimes you just need to talk, to let it out. I might not have been through exactly what you have but I have the voices and the racing thoughts and the pain and the seizures. I wish I could take your pain away. You are wonderful people.
