MDJunction - People Helping People

MDJunction to me

djfilippone"Before I found this site I felt so alone.  Watching my daughter struggle with IH and being treated like she had two heads from doctors.    I have plenty of family and friends but there was nobody that really knew what she was going through.
I not only have support and love from others who will listen and share their
story, but I have made some forever friends.  Having this support site does make a difference to many.

A little about me: I suffered with OCD for aproximately 10 years. This mainly involved contamination phobia, checking and counting to 6.

I no longer suffer with OCD and am now a fully qualified Life/Confidence Coach, helping others overcome their OCD too.

a HugHello, To all of my friends, group members, newbee's. Sorry, I haven't been on. My cousin passed away at age 41, we were all very sadden by this loss. Please say a prayer for my family.

Now its back to you guys. I found these quotes and I wanted to share.

Hugs Dee

Remember and I thinking about all of you and wishing you the best.

Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself

– George Bernard Shaw

I have found that if you love life, life will love you back

- Arthur Rubinstein

Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is more people who have come alive

– Howard Thurman.

Life isn’t a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, latte in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ‘Woohoo WHAT A RIDE’!

Been looking around some of the other groups on the site. I feel inspired by so many courageous people. It helps put some of my own challenges into perspective. Bad week with my Son. Worse now as he is officially an adult. Difficult to move him on in life when he maintains he knows so much more than me. MMmn not sure where I go from here? Sure i will figure it out though.
