| A little about me: | I am 40, married and the mother of 4 very active children. I, also, stay in constant pain. I have known that I had a bad back most of my life and just recently diagnosed with fibro and when I knew that feeling pain and being constantly tired was not from my back was a relief. I was beginning to think that I was going crazy from the pain. I do have a good support group from my family and friends and our church. My mother also has lupus as well as my sister in law so I am aware of painful diseases that can wear you down. I am currently on a leave of absence from my job of 17 years where I am a bank Manager. I also have been dx with cronic fatigue syndrome. I am currently applying for soc sec but am waiting to go to court on it. As of right now I take ultram, flexeril, klonopin, prozac, amitriptyline, and vit d. I need a nerve pain med (like topamax) but cannot take it until I go to the liver md for my liver enzymes that they cannot get down. |
