A little about me:

I started with Psychiatric symptoms at about 14. I have had virtually every diagnosis possible. I even had some doctors tell me it was the result of a head injury I suffered as a teen. Was diagnosed with Lyme disease in September 08, and currently seeing a Lyme Literate Doc. Almost all my Lyme symptoms are cognitive/neuro-psychiatric. I am currently seeing a LLMD and a Psychiatrist. I am on long-term prescription oral antibiotics, as well as several Psych meds. I am also searching for a Lyme-Literate Psychiatrist in NC or SC - as close to Wilmington NC, as possible. I am especially searching for a Dr who is open to both "natural" and conventional medicine.
