| A little about me: | I am 36 with two autistic children. I have had bi-polar I for 15 years, and I am recovering from a long spell of depression. I am a singer/songwriter and artist. These hobbies help my mental health. I also enjoy chess, tai chi and cooking. I have been coming to mdjunction for a few months. I value the support and friendship on offer here. I enjoy talking to my brothers and sisters here who have bi-polar. I look forward to meeting new people here. I have just started on lamotrigine which I hope will help my bi-polar. I have not drunk alcohol or used drugs for 9 months and I go to AA and NA, which helps me a lot. I am doing a sponsored sky-dive soon to raise money for a local mental health charity. | Hello, To all of my friends, group members, newbee's. Sorry, I haven't been on. My cousin passed away at age 41, we were all very sadden by this loss. Please say a prayer for my family.
