| A little about me: | I'm 42 yrs old with 4 kids, 2 girls and 2 boys and 1 grand baby. I was diagnosed with bipolar 6 years ago. I have had on and off success with mood stabilizers and am now interested in looking for alternatives. |

I am 43 and have a 21 and a 14 year old so I can definately understand.I lost some weight 2 years ago on the south beach diet it is great and has so much versatility to it and I am thinking about doing it again next year.
