| A little about me: | Cure4Lupus.org was created to help raise Lupus Awareness and money for Lupus Research. Lupus is one of the most misunderstood diseases in the world today and there has been an appalling lack of advancement in the treatment of Lupus. 60% of Americans say they know little to nothing about Lupus and it has been 40 years since the FDA has approved a new treatment for Lupus. Using their skills as the Internet generation to distribute Lupus information to sufferers, their families, health care workers, and the public. They also recruit people and teach them how to help spread Lupus awareness. Cure4Lupus.org helps support Lupus sufferers and their families with financial aid, emotional support and reliable information. And, this company raises money for Lupus research. There are several ways Cure4Lupus raises money for Lupus research. The primary way is the sale of Lupus Awareness Products. A portion of every sale is donated to organizations that directly fund Lupus research such as the Lupus Foundation of America, and it's individual chapters, the Alliance for Lupus Research and the Lupus Research Institute. Another way Cure4Lupus.org raises money for Lupus research is by promoting and funding Lupus awareness and fundraising events all over the country. They also promote other Lupus organizations and encourage donations directly to these organizations. |
