I am sorry to hear about your father. I know how it feels to lose a parent. May he rest in peace. The healing process will take time, take each day at a time and go slowly. It has been two months since my mother passed away, and one day I'm fine and another day, I cry all day. Time heals (somewhat). I still cannot look at any pictures of Mom. May God Bless.

Hope you are doing better. Have you been able to do some water therapy? I have been lucky in that the neurosma therapy massage has started to calm down the spasms. I wish it was covered by insurance. lol Ill have to cut way back soon. Anyway thinking of you and wishing you the best. hugs
