| A little about me: | I found out I was biploar 7 years ago while I was in the Army and subsequently medically retired for it. Today I am having a horrible day after breaking down at work and throwing a fit and crying. My peers act like I am crazy and sick. I do feel sick and disheartened that I acted like that and wonder why in the hell am I here in this world for. I haven't slept in 2 days and this episode is not going to make things easier to get any sleep. I will have to take off work tonight. I feel so depressed over myself I can't stand it. |

| please call your pdoc. We are here for you and I'm so glad you've reached out, but I think your pdoc needs to be aware of your current status, and maybe he can give you something to bring you off the mania you're on.
