| A little about me: | I have lived in Oregon nearly all of my life. Married and mother of young adult children. I have an adorable dog named Rhett and he is a cockapoo and one cool cat. Have been in the health care industry most of my life but I am now a group fitness instructor for fun. I love to cook and learn about foods and their nutritional value and am constantly trying to improve mine and hubby's health with diet and herbs and vitamins. He's a great sport too! I am here for support like the rest of you and hope to meet some good people. |
