MDJunction to me

"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

A little about me: I am a full time student at Baylor University. I struggle with NDPH and would love to understand this problem and help all of those who are forced to live with it.

a HugI understand your headache pain. I get them daily with no relief from OTC meds. What a great major to pursue, though! Maybe you'll find us a cure! :)

a HugI am so excited that you will be studing the sciences and one day be working on problems like this!!!! This malfunction of the cytokines involves many other chronic illnesses.
Yes Dr. Rozen actually did get my pain to zero and I have been able to maintain it for most of the year. I never did have stabbing pain just terrible pressure inside my head and he was able to releive that. I know He can not help every NDPH patient but he knows alot about this headache and can really help. susangf

a HugGlad to give you someone to talk to. I have found the forums to be a big help (obviously, I talk here a lot). I am thrilled to see your major though I am sure it is terribly hard for you to do it with a headache. That sounds like one of the toughest majors you could be doing. No wonder everything seems so hard right now. I hope the neurontin ends up helping you. It is too early to tell if mine is working or not.
