| A little about me: | Life has changed for me tremendously since I became a member of this site. It feels so good to know I am not alone. In my spare time, I study different forms of meditation. It helps me focus on the positive parts of me. I find myself to be very centered. I also study Nyn Shin Jytusu. This is an ancient form of accupressure. It helps with every part of my body. I am now reducing my pain meds in halfand am taking less of the other medications. I am married to the most wonderful man. He is so very patient and understanding with me. I am the luckiest woman to have God bring him into my life. I have 3 childern, 23,22,and 20, and am a grandma of 2 very busy little boys. Life is good. I have found one single thing that helps me through the rough patches of fibro. LAUGHTER! I could choose th cry and be depressed, or find a bright spot and smile. I realize that that is impossible sometimes, but it surely helps me in others. Any questions? Just pm me and ask. I'll tell you what you want to know. |
