| A little about me: | Hi Im a 31 yr old dual diagnosed bipolar 1 was rapid cycling. I am married with 2 children and I am trying to find others out there who kinda get where im coming from so I dont sound like too much of a nut.lol, no seriously though I thought since i cannot afford to go to any groups this would help a little. |

| Hi!! I just read your response to my post Bipolar confessions...and it's nice to know that I'm not alone. It took me a while to find my voice. When I was younger I never knew how to put how I felt into words so that's where writing came in. I always felt safe in my writing. Just remember your not alone especially here *hugs* ^__^! |
| Welcome! It is important in my own recovery to remember that I am NOT a nut! I am merely a "carrier" (I make other people nuts--get it?) *chuckle* You may find, as I have, great tools and support in the NA or AA groups in your area--and it's free (but not cheap!). Things do get better if you have an open mind and a willingness to work at it. |
