| A little about me: | I am a bipolar I and currently stable on all my meds. My P-Doc is currently changing my meds around and making them a tad stronger. I write in a journal everyday and write poetry to also express my feelings. I am glad to find a on-line support group where I can share thoughts and experiences with my fellow bi-polar people. It has been a roller coaster of a ride to find the right type of meds and P-Doc's that understand my illness. I know I am not alone. |
