| A little about me: | My wife, Bríd (Irish for Bridget) got Alzheimers Disease in 2000 and Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2005. Both diseases deteriorated gradually and Brid passed away at home on 25 Nov 2008. I cared for her at home all that time except for three trips to hospital. I am broken hearted. Thy Will Be Done, O Lord. |

"Brid, my wife of 44 years suffered from Alzheimers for 8 years. She passed away 25 Nov 2008 but it was fibrosis that eventually killed her. Her lungs gave out and she slept peacefully and is now in Heaven. Thy Will Be Done, O Lord." |
