| A little about me: | I suffer from Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD, GAD,and panic disorder/Agoraphobia. I have panic attacks, insomnia, and night terrors as well, and I am also diagnosed with ADD, PMDD, and chronic pain. I am an incest survivor. There is a lack of support in the area I live in. It's very small and isolated, and I would like to give and receive support. |

| Hi all me friends. Sorry i have not been around here lately. I have been making some changes and restructuring my life. I have been feeling great lately and wanted to not keep it to myself but share the inner feeling with you. My son that had so so many problems in school has really changed over the past few months. And he sees he happy where he is now. Thats all i wanted for him. No nightmares for him nor me for months. We feel now that the road is getting smother. With all this we keep it in a pocket next to our hearts for safe keeping to look upon the good times when we need it most. I share this with you so you can keep the strength that i feel in your pocket next to your heart when you need it most. ( Hope To Cope ) Scott |
