| A little about me: | I started having panic attacks over 20 years ago when I was in an abusive marriage. I had a bad run with panic attacks in 2009. I had a bad panic attack at work and then daily for over a week. It took a good 6 months to a year to get back on my feet. I could not go anywhere on my own and was on different meds which did not help except for xanax. I have been off the meds for 2 yrs now. My day to day life is pretty good and anxiety free but new situations and change still make me very nervous. I anticipate and what if over having another panic attack. |
