| A little about me: | I am 47 years old and, I have been dealing with this condition for at least 6 years. I think it began with an uphappy marriage that ended in divorce. Plus, at the time I had switched to a vegetarian diet and was exercising heavily. I might not have been getting enough calories during the day; therefore, I was waking at night to eat. I slowed down on the exercise and started eating a little meat and the night eating continued. It was like a habit ingrained my my head. Good luck to all dealing with this condition. Hopefully, a cure is on the horizon. :) |
