feel like life is out of control -- i like to be the helper not the helpee this is very hard for me. I am trying many things but feel very unvalidated by doc's. hate that feeling. I have a tremor also and it is getting worse makes me feel like a complete incompitant. trian tracks looking good - my means of suicide as i live very close (1/2 mile away) Plan is always to park across tracks, shut off car, toss out keys. just don't want to be here anymore.
