| A little about me: | Hi, my name is Kristen and I believe I suffer from panic attacks/anxiety. I had my first "occurence" in January of this year, and then it stopped for about 7 months. Then it came time for me to move away from home to go to college. I moved fine, but about halfway through the semester, I had to get up and leave class because I had rapid heartbeat, I felt like I was going to pass out, and it was just plain awful. It's strange to me that this is happening because I've stressed and been nervous before, but it has never affected me so. It's hard to talk to my friends, none of them understand what I'm going through. I'll go through periods where I feel like I am going to pass out, or even die. It's terrible, and it just feels like it's taking over sometimes. I really like it here and it's really helpful to hear that other people are going through the same things I am. |
