| A little about me: | I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder in March/08. I'm still getting used to the idea that flipping out, and irrational behaviour are an immutable fact of my life. I feel okay most days. Now that I'm on meds, i think my emotions are more normal, and I don't feel like the only feelings that I have are resentful or depressing anymore. Obviously depression is the worst of all. I always get monumentally depressed after a manic episode. My manic attacks are starting to become socially destructive, and I'm concerned about losing my friends to them. Anyhow. I found this place from google, you guys are a great in helping me understand myself better. |
