| A little about me: | I have been diagnosed with bpd as well as a wide variety of other mental health issues.I am 50 years old ,going through a second divorce,survivor of sexual abuse,physical abuse as well as mental abuse.I have 5 children all grown with families of their own.All doing well.I have been in therapy most of my adult life. As well as psych meds. Sometimes I just want to give up. There is so many issues to get through,I just get tired,I wonder if it will ever end. |

| Hi all me friends. Sorry i have not been around here lately. I have been making some changes and restructuring my life. I have been feeling great lately and wanted to not keep it to myself but share the inner feeling with you. My son that had so so many problems in school has really changed over the past few months. And he sees he happy where he is now. Thats all i wanted for him. No nightmares for him nor me for months. We feel now that the road is getting smother. With all this we keep it in a pocket next to our hearts for safe keeping to look upon the good times when we need it most. I share this with you so you can keep the strength that i feel in your pocket next to your heart when you need it most. ( Hope To Cope ) Scott |
