| A little about me: | Former Detroit public school teacher of 20 years. I have 3 children (2 adult and 1 teenager) and one grandson. Recently widowed in 2007. Diagnosed as bipolar in 2006. Presently taking lithium, buspar, trazadone. Lithium helps my mood swings but has made me fat. I lost 100 pound in 2004 due to gastric bypass but the meds have made me gain 40+ back. Most recently having panic attacks. Scared to go to sleep because fear I might die. Feeling closed in and a need to walk. Can't sit still. Feeling overwhelmed. Feel I can't breath. But doing better since I've been off Wellbutrin and alcohol. I feel I'm doing better over all. Feel more sociable. I'm on the computer chatting more. Even have a Facebook page. Signed on to sell Avon. Went to Bible study. |
