A little about me: my support group list is like a laundry list of where my life's actions and consequences have brought me. the journey thus far has taught me that there is life before; during; & after hell-on-earth. therefore, i am just your average run-of-the-mill bastard; bred 'n' born out of wedlock; raised 'n' groomed in societies finest gutters; unwittingly made an insane sojourn thru the webbed gates of hell...and with grudge accepted a nudge to humbly trudge in the garden of misery on a mission to comfort those who're numbly disturbed while disturbing those who're comfortably numb.

a HugI know we all have struggles everyday ,let's think of one good thing everyday.Keeping positive is a important part in recovery. Today the sky is blue,no more rain or snow.
