| A little about me: | Chronic pain for 19 years. I am 58 years old and have DDD, migraines, scoliosis, carpal tunnel, and sciatica. I have 4 children 32, 30(special needs), 21, and 18. I do yoga, Pilates, and walk when I can. I am not on the medications I use to be as varios moves to different states and one doctors series of epidural injections caused me to go down in the amount of medications I was prescribed. I am so frustrated, but then who is not. |

Today was not to bad, only a 6 to a 7 as far as pain goes. I am so tired of trying to fight with my doctor about changing my medication schedule...
