| A little about me: | I have suffered panic attacks since the age of 14. I am now 52 and though I am controlled by meds I still have times when an attack will sneak up on me and my breathing techniques will not stop it from becoming a full blown attack. I am so happy to have found a site with people that have this is common with me. I am interested in learning others techniques to help themselves and am always willing to help if I can. |
